A Few Things
to Know

🚫

No flyer parties or charging entrance fees. This is a private event venue — keep it that way.

🧹

A mandatory $200 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, every day of the week.

✨

Guests are expected to remove their personal belongings and leave the venue in a generally tidy condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use.

🌮

Taco trucks and bartenders are welcome. Outside catering is allowed.

🚪

No loitering on the front porch or at the front door area of the property.

🌦️

Host is not responsible for weather-related issues. The covered patio provides shelter for most of your event. Plan accordingly for your specific needs.

A host can be available on-site during your event if you need support.
