A mandatory $200 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, every day of the week. This flat fee is added to every booking and is disclosed here up front. A 4-hour minimum applies. Weekday rates (Mon–Thu) are $149.99/hour; weekend rates (Fri–Sun) are $194.99/hour.
Guests are expected to remove their personal belongings and leave the venue in a generally tidy condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use.
