The minimum booking is 4 hours. Weekday rates (Mon–Thu) are $149.99/hour, and weekend rates (Fri–Sun) are $194.99/hour. On weekends, booking 6 or more hours saves $15/hour ($179.99/hour). You can extend your booking as needed — just let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.
Yes. A mandatory $200 cleaning fee applies to all rentals, every day of the week. This flat fee is disclosed up front and added to every booking. Guests are still expected to remove their personal belongings and leave the venue in a generally tidy condition — additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use.
We're open 7 days a week. Weekdays (Mon–Thu) we're available 6 AM – 10 PM, and weekends (Fri–Sun) we're available 6 AM – 11:30 PM. Weekday rates are lower, making midweek events a wonderful value.
Absolutely. Taco trucks and outside bartenders are both welcome. You can arrange your own catering with any vendor you choose. We also have food warmers available as an add-on.
The venue has a large covered patio that protects a significant portion of the space. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and planning your layout around the covered areas. The host is not responsible for weather-related issues, so planning ahead is key.
Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted. You're welcome to bring your own bartender or beverage service. We have a full-size refrigerator and two large coolers available to keep everything cold.
Victor or Maria can be available on-site during your event if needed. They're hands-on hosts who want your event to go smoothly, so don't hesitate to request their presence.
Standard 90-day policy: full refund if cancelled 90+ days before the event. 50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled 14–90 days out. No refund within 14 days. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation but at least 48 hours before the event receive a full refund (Grace Period policy).
No. Flyer parties and events that charge an entrance fee are not permitted. I.E Outdoor Events is a private venue for private events only.
